HERE IS THE METHOD WHICH IS INCREASING PRODUCTIVITY LIKE A MACHINE

Concentration. Small word (Pun intended) but big effects.

Do you have problem concentrating? Or is it that irritating neighbour who keeps playing that beetles song?

No matter who it is, we all have problem concentrating in this world full of disturbance.
But the one who stands the this discomfort is one who really wins.

Although your definition of winning might be different from mine but we are ought to same thing.

Now you might be wondering why are we talking about 'concentration' in a blog titled about 'productivity'?

The truth is that both of these big words are linked together.Enough for the philosophy class, let's spill the secrets.

1. One-thing at a time.

Concentrate on one thing at a time. Don't let your mind wander of into a hundred things at once.

Train yourself on how to think about one thing at a time. Rushing things create big problems. Think like you have only one thing to do in the world.

For more information on 'How to do it?', go to end of the blog.

2. Think about the outcome rather than the starting.

Thinking about the end result of your task will give you a motivating and positive start to your work.

Although this might seem a bit futuristic to already think about the result without starting the work, Trust me it works.

Plus it helps to keep you on track as thinking about the end result makes you stay on the right track of what you are actually doing.

3. Meditate

Although this point might seem a little bit more spiritual but the reality is different.

Meditating increases concentration by flushing all those distracting thoughts and makes you concentrate at one thing at a time.

If you want quick (really quick) results from meditation, you can listen to Binaural beats. These can increase productivity like magic.

Before going out for Binaural Beats, search if you don't have any neurological problem related to it. I am no Doctor!

4. Make your own Mantra

This one is quite a bit experimental but it will surely help you.

As the name says, Try to first meditate and then keep saying different words and observing how they affect you inner self.
For example, you might get affected by the word, 'elusive' (yeah, I know that's a bad example but you know what I am saying)

At first this might seem little-bit janky but keep on trying and once you find your ideal word, you will notice that everytime you spell it, you make yourself a little bit more calm than before.

4. Start early

This is probably the best point in the blog.

If you start your work early than it should be started otherwise (provided your work is flexible enough), it will give you a huge motivational boost as you are getting ahead of your competitors.

It will also help you finish the work early so you can relax and start the next thing on early as well.

Now some of you might find this point useless. But once, just once try this and results will be there waiting for you.

5. Maintain Silence

As the wise men once said,

Silence isn't empty, it's full of answers
It is not just a quote but a reality.

Start like this, try to take 5 minutes out of your daily schedule, and switch off your Phone, SmartWatch, ipad, computer and even the radio.

Now sit in a room alone in a comfortable position and just do nothing.

At first you will be hell-bored but after doing for 1-week straight, you will realize how good your concentration is.

1 month doing this and you are a different person now. This thing really helps.

Conclusion

All these points are really useful in their respective spaces but no point in the world will help you, unless you really want to help yourself. So get up, work up and most importantly, Never give up!
